Your journey starts with the orientation program and online learning which enables you to get to know the functions and basic operations of ALDI.

You will be paired with a buddy who will provide guidance for you to be conversant with the ALDI family and set you up for success!

In addition to the orientation and the online learning, on-the-job training will also be customized by your direct leader to familiarize you with the role.

Your direct leader will provide you with continuous guidance and feedback to help you further develop your skills and reach your potentials.
